Try to login using other browser (Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, Safari).
If the problem still occurs, try to access it using web based proxy.

I'm having problems with my mobile account. But i was able to logon but for some reason I can't log back out because the logout link that usually appears at the very bottom disappeared. I think facebook got another bug.

From Facebook Help section:

"Site Maintenance" errors.

Some users have been experiencing difficulty logging into the site for several days. After they enter their login information they receive a "Site Maintenance" error message. We are aware of this technical issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

I suggest that you report it first at I suggest that you report it. Here's the link to report: http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php...intenance. Wait a few more days. If you still experience difficulty logging in, then perhaps setting up a new facebook account may be the only other option.
