What is this bulge on my arm?

it doesn't hurt, and I NOTICED it about 2 months ago. So I'm not sure how long it has actually been there.

Any suggestions on what this is would be greatly appreciated!

It is likely a lipoma, which is nothing more than a harmless mass of fatty tissue. Keep an eye on it. If it changes in size or shape, becomes painful or tender, or if it opens and oozes, you will need medical attention. If you are really concerned about it now, it won't hurt to have a doctor check it out. They will likely do an ultrasound to determine what it is.
