How to log people off my twitter account?

I'm on a twitter account and a lot of people are logged on bc we gave out the password but then some people started being very rude to the owner and the rest of us. We already tried the password to log them off the account and we deactivated too, but nothing we do makes them have to log back in is there anything we can do to get these people off the account
