facebook app lost?! or not working?

i used a facebook app and it wont show up anymore and i want to use the app again how can i do this? i tried the link it, and facebook said it wont work please help quickly!
the app was called : How much does he like you?

The creators of the app may have removed it from facebook, or they may be upgrading, or having sever issues. If you keep trying and getting the same message, they have most likely removed it.
