Is there a way for the Facebook Picture to appear on my contact lost on android ? ?

so I have a samsung intercept (android) so I sync my Facebook friends to my contact list and on some friends their picture shows when I go to the contacts on the phone . but yet when I text that person it doesn't show I have to add a picture manually is there a way to show the Facebook picture when texting the person?

First, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the Facebook for Android app. Go to Market > My Apps > Update. If there's a newer version of the Facebook app you don't have yet, it'll be listed there for you to download.
