How do I create a secondary Facebook account that is tied into my primary Facebook account?

I want a secondary account that people can click "Like" on but that isn't like my primary that I have a friend's list, etc. One that is listed as a "fictional character" or some other variation of this.

Create a Facebook Page to Do This Go Here

http://www.facebook.com/Pages

Click on Create a Page

Choose the Type of Page you Want to Make

Give it a Name

Agree to the Terms of Service

Than Click Create Page
