Expert Opinion Dealing With Android Market and itunes? PLEASE FAST!!!! ?

For my language arts class, we are writing persuasive letters and we have to have 3 reasons about our topic and have an anecdote (story), a fact, and expert opinion. My topic was : If someone makes an app for itunes, they are also are required by law to put the app on the android market. I looked up a lot of websites and didn't find any expert opinion. If you are someone who has an opinion about my topic, or works with the android market or itunes, please leave your first and last name with your opinion. you sir are wrong, no law states you have to put an app on both markets, some developers deal only with one market alone (like me i only deal with android) you can find some apps in one market. seeing as to create an android app you need SDK and for apple you need something ells for someone to write an app for both they would have to make an app for one then start over and remake it for the other one using that program thats alot of work that alot of companies and developers wont deal with its extra time and money. its also easier to get apps on the android market then the apple store apple store only lets people submit 1 type of app they choose the best one and thats the one they publish on the store that way you dont have 500 of the same app android on the other hand dont do that you can look up "yahoo answers app" and you could find 20 diff apps for it (thats just an example btw) anymore questions go to my facebook page and "like" it and ask anything ells you want to know links below
