Can tumblr be linked with a facebook "like" page?

Instead of my own profile, I want to link my professional tumblr posts through to my professional facebook page, which is a "like" page. Is this possible? I just want them to come up on the wall automatically, even if it's just a link saying I updated.

See if there is a Tumblr App For your Facebook Page if so you may be Able to Connect Facebook with tumblr if Not than it May Not Be Possible i Know its Possible For Regular Profiles Not Sure About Like Pages
