i was using my facebook account but then?!?

i was using my facebook account but suddenly it asked me to log in if i wanna continue then i logged in and it says "For security reasons your account is temporarily locked" and when i follow the message it asks me to give them my phone number which i did , but i haven't receive any text please help this is so important!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably you used fack page/address. Immediately send an email to facebook regarding your problem.

do 1 thing just delelte your history and cookies
and then try to login facebook account
may be its work
