What is this on my arm?

it doesn't hurt, and I NOTICED it about 2 months ago. So I'm not sure how long it has actually been there. I can't really tell if it is getting bigger. Also it feels more oval-ish than circular. It feels soft.

When I flex my arm at a 90 degree angle, the bulge goes away and I can't even feel it.

Any suggestions on what this is would be greatly appreciated!

It's like a cyst, it's a bubble of bacteria kinda.You can pop it, a lot of people can develop them. If it starts to bother you then you could go to the doctors.
