Well you can ask people to like you don't beg though i see that everyday in my school and its just despicable. You can tweet or update ur status saying follow me on IG. followed by ur name on there. Last make sure you post good pictures in order to get more followers. No one wants to follow lame people with lame pictures....

go to the App Store and use the app follow4follow and follow other people to get shoutouts. I will follow you if you follow me @sim_comics
