Facebook app please help!!?

If you click "allow" on a Facebook app (called be naughty, singles chat site) what does that mean? Is that your consent to let them take your info and picture and create a profile for you? Including username and password? I've heard some fb apps are bs scams

usually ALLOW on FB means like u said takin ur info and pic for cratin profile, at the same time it also takes the liberty of pblishin stuff on ur wall. it can send requests to ppl on ur list...and notify other people of ur actions

well, It can mean different things. It doesn't mean they take your password - they more likely just take your profile info, like what different bands you like, and use it for their marketing. If you click "allow" on a video chat site or program you're usually just letting them activate the webcam. Like, if you go to Facebook Video Chat Rounds (http://www.rounds.com/facebook-video-chat/) Those aren't scams.
