How do I get my dad to leave me alone?

I'm 19, and my dad treats me like I'm 12. Whenever I'm on the computer, he'll ask me every five seconds "What are you doing? Who are you talking to?" I do not do anything bad online, but I do not think it's his business to know all the time what I'm doing. I paid for my own laptop and phone, and want privacy. Today, I was on Facebook and he was next to me, but not close enough to see the screen and he was like "What are you typing?" I said "Nothing," but was really just looking through my newsfeed. Then he said "Who are you talking to?" and I'm like "No one, just browsing on Facebook…" He kept asking me who and I got frustrated and said no one, for the hundredth time. Then he said "You better not be…" I have a job and work around 30 hours a week and I'm on break from school, I talk to/spend time with friends in my free time. I don't hate my dad, but he irks me sometimes. My brother told me weird things, like how he's seen porn in the web browser history, which makes sense since my dad freaked out, yelled at me and made me cry once when I went upstairs to ask him something when he was on the computer. I do not watch pornography, post anything explicit/inappropriate, but just want my privacy. How do I talk to my dad about this?

Just tell him that you are not that sort of person, you know about internet safety and that you are well educated, that you will always be safe no matter what but you do not need to have him within your friends, If your dad is looking at porn he may just be nervous that you will see this?

Just simply keep your personal life away from your dad, don't rub it in by being near him when your typing etc, he might just be nosey

Move out. As long as you live under his roof, he has the right to know every singe thing you do every second of every day if he chooses.

your dad is afraid that you will watch the porn thing. Kind want protect you from this kind of thing.Have a serious talk with your dad. If he still does this to u after the conversation, you can consider moving out.

Your dad is probably my age, internet was different when your dad was your age. There was a lot of bad people online because the internet was not filter like it is know. He think the internet is like it use to be. A lot of people met up with people online and got hurt or killed. When your dad see you online he get's worried. He don't wont you to meet a lunatic. Take it easy on the old man. he is just worried. You can't blame him for that.
