How can I enable my disabled facebook account?

I tried to login to my facebook account today and it said that my account was disabled.. Why? I didn't violate any of facebooks rules or use fake info, i even googled around and i see that a lot of other ppl's accounts are getting disabled for no reason whatsoever too. It's really annoying is there any way to re-enable my account??

you cant. you have to make another one. your account was disabled either b/c you sent to many e mails which facebook calls spam and you tryed to add to many people at the same time
