Do you think my English is terrible for my age (comparing other Deaf)? I'm 13 year old Deaf?

My parents told me write better English then my brother when he was 13. Because he went to CSDF (California School for the Deaf, Fremont). But for me, my parents don't want me go to CSDF because program wasn't good. I was talk to my deaf friends on Facebook. Their English wasn't good and I don't understand their communicate. Is my English better than my deaf friends.

Since we don't know how well your friends write English, we can't really answer that. But there are a number of mistakes in your writing. I think it would help you to read more and maybe study grammar on your own. I presume you know ASL, but the grammar of standard English is different from that of ASL. I recommend you read a lot of books to get the hang of writing. Ask the public librarian to recommend some for you in your areas of interest. If you are now in public school, you can ask your teachers to write detailed corrections on your assigned papers.
