why dont i received notification when my mail is sent?

Please check to confirm that there is no problem with my yahoo mail. I have never received confirmation on the SENT box whenever I send an e-mail
Also I have not receive a mail which I was told has been sent to my e mail address on the 10th of January 2014

Make sure your settings are still set up properly


OLDER FORMAT
Hover your pointer over the GEAR...upper right...click on MAIL OPTIONS in the drop down menu. In the next screen place a check mark in the box left of "Save a copy of the message in the Sent folder". click on SAVE

NEWEST FORMAT
Hover your pointer over the GEAR...upper right...click on SETTINGS...click on
WRITING EMAIL....place a check mark left of " Save a copy of the message in the Sent folder"...click on SAVE.

One of the reasons you would not receive them is because they are being spammed...Check your spam folder and if you find them in there open them up and click on NOT SPAM...Once done this email and any subsequent emails will go
to your INBOX.
