How do I uninstall the Facebook layout?

I want to get rid of the Facebook layout I got recently. I've decided to remove it because there are too many advertisements popping up. I got it from here: http://www.freecodesource.com/facebook-layouts/

I don't know how, because I've tried going to Control Panel -> Programs and Features (I have Windows Vista) and it doesn't show. I've also removed the desktop icon for it, but that did nothing, because it's still there. Please help? I'd appreciate it.

using "free <anything>" regarding facebook is a terrible idea, you are virutaly guarenteed to be downloading spyware/adware in doing so. Don't ever give your account info out either.

To undo whatever that program did you should uninstall & reinstall your web browser and run a scan of Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware (both free spyware removal tools)
