What I did was I went to the help center at the bottom of the facebook page. Then, scroll down to facebook application and features. Click on group. Then you can click on the link for creating a group.

Go to facebook.com and in the beggining it ask you to sing up, go down insead and theres a little link that says: Create a Page for a celebrity, band or business. u click there and thats it. Big Grin
