Well, I went to an alternative school, so my classes (with a couple exceptions) didn't have simple names like 'English III'. Also, I was homeschooled for 9-11th grade. Mostly. It's complicated. Anyways, senior year I took:

Facing History and Ourselves
I Know Some Things
Ecology
Economics (1st semester)
Heath (2nd semester)
Psychology East/West

I also had a conflict-resolution mediation 'class'. My school calls that period committee. Now, very briefly what those odd-sounding classes were.

Facing History and Ourselves: An English/social studies in-depth class, with extensive focus on learning how to be critical thinkers, and learn media literacy. Our main units throughout the year were on WWI, WWII and the Holocaust, present-day Middle East politics, and present-day China, Japan, India and Bhutan. Hard to explain it all, but it was an awesome class.

I Know Some Things: English class, with a focus on creative and personal writing. Our main units were on childhood, family, love and sexuality, and growing up and coming of age. Another pretty amazing class.

And the others are self-explanatory, I think. Although, since I went to an alternative school, they were probably handled differently than they would have been at a more 'regular' high school.
