Instagram without having an iphone?

I dont have an iphone but most of my friends do.. they use it to edit their facebook pictures and i like how the pictures turn out but i dont have instagram so my photos are never edited well.. my question is, is there a picture editor that edits pictures just like instagram does?

Picnik is fairly user friendly. It's not an app, it's a website. Don't go crazy with the stickers and your pictures will look just as quality.
