DID NOT RECEIEVE INSTAGRAM PASSWORD RESET LINK?

So recently I tried logging into my instagram and it just so happened that instagram had reset my password and asked me to set a new one to make my account more secure. I clicked "Forgot Password" and entered my email and recaptcha and it responded "Thanks! Please check (sitisyarranisha@yahoo.com) for a password reset link" something like that. But when I checked my email, nothing. I have tried entering my username and it responded "Thanks! Please check (s*************a@yahoo.com) for a password reset link" but when I checked it, the same thing happened. I did not receive the password reset link. I have tried almost everything including filing a report to instagram and yahoo customer care. Can anyone please help??????!!!????
