How do u go about Deleting facebook?

I need to delete my old facebook accounts so i can create a new account using my same number and email address

This is not possible as your email is on that account forever so if you accidentally delete it, you can reactivate it without loosing anything.

but it's against the rules to delete your account just to create a new account - and they can detect it if you do it, and will lock your new account - try it and see if you dont believe me
