does facebook emails me if somebody from a foreign country try to guess my password with the help of my email and coudn,t succeed to log means the person will only try to guess my Facebook password to login but failed to guess so does facbook emails me

Yes, but only if you have login approval enabled. Here's the link to find how to enable this on your account, but it is not enabled by default.
