What can I do about this guy?

- I am 20 and he is 22.
- We know each other through a mutual friend but are in different social groups so we hardly see each other in person.
- Our communication is pretty much over facebook messaging and it would happen about once a fortnight/month.

Ok so this guy keeps sending me mixed signals!
Sometimes he is into me and says he wants to hook up, but he never actually makes plans to. He also gets super excited to talk to me, and used to initiate the conversations and want to talk for hours. He would flirt and tell me how hard he is and how he wished he was with me. He tells me how sexy I am and that I am fun to talk to and normal, not like other girls. I have started the last few conversations but he doesn't respond the same way he used to. Now it seems like he just isn't keen and wont talk to me anymore.

What's up with that? Is there anything I can do? Should I wait for him?

Wait a little bit longer. If you don't hear from him then try to contact him again. And if you still don't hear from him after that then he's probably not interested anymore and if that's the case then just say fuck it and move on
