How do I get rid of the Facebook timeline?

I previewed it and it was still showing on my profile, and i dint know what to do so I hit publish. It won't go away, i looked and it keeps saying this website, https://developers.facebook.com/apps and go to delete app, but it says "NO APPS FOUND" soo idk what to do, i REALLY dont want the facebook timeline idk what to do. I'm not sure if the timeline is an app? But it wont go away

please help me figure this out :/
You go to settings on facebook and at the bottom it will say something about your timeline
