Nope. Crazy man Z was told not to pursue when he called the 911 dispatcher but he pursued anyway and scared THE KID.

That law has NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS CASE.
That's WHY all Democrats are gleefully dancing in blood to claim it does.

The fact is the so-called "stand your ground" law is NOTHING more or less than Florida joining ALL of the rest of Western civilization. They used to ROUTINELY prosecute people in CLEAR-CUT self-defense cases, claiming that unless they could PROVE any sort of escape or less-lethal resistance was HOPELESS, their use of force to STAY ALIVE was a crime.
All Democrats want it that way EVERYWHERE. NO Democrat can sleep knowing its own child might be ALLOWED to survive a violent assault.
