Hi Jordyn

Few things you could do to up your follower numbers:

1 - Add a more comprehensive description of yourself - what you like / hobbies / interests / why you are using Twitter (your bio is searchable, and people do look for people with similar interests - music / film / business / etc)

2 - Tweet more often (a few times a day is fine), and also retweet other people if you think what they say is interesting.

3 - If you follow me on Twitter (@PlanetSelf), then you should receive a direct message with a link to download a free e-book with a whole lot of tips to get up and going on Twitter - feel free to download it and use some of the tips in there.
