market. If he had done it when he wanted to just before the market crashed a lot of seniors would be getting kicked out of the nursing home, but it did bounce back and this takes all this money and puts it back into the economy and is used to invest in companies, which is what the stock market does.

As you can remember many thousands of people lost everything in Enron scam. Same would have happen if idiot would be allowed to privatized SS

You're right, if Bush had privatized SS, it would have been wiped out in 2008 and our country would be in a depression

Look at it this way, the SS taken out of our checks is all gone the government has spent it.

Is that really better? The stock market has recovered almost all of the losses from the crash.

Our lockbox is empty.

How can you say having nothing is better than having something?
