How do i get somones facebook account de-activated?

I know sometimes if you report someone on facebook their account gets de-activated, but not always, is there another way?x

You can do it, all you can do is report it to face book.


Go to facebook.com and log in to your Facebook account.

Click on "Account" then "Help Center."
