Ways to market dead famous people?

So we are doing a be the person project and we have to market them and be there agent using modern technology. Any ideas of things I could do

Well, ..., do for them what now do for famous living people.

1) Create memorabilia, like: 1) Playing cards, T-Shirts, Coffee Mugs, Key Rings, Bacelets, ..., and etc.
2) Set up social media accounts which you manage: Facebook, Twitter, Kik, etc.
3) Organize a TV appearance (national and local) ... in the way of re-enactments, documentaries, TV / movie shorts form their life history
4) Organize a tour. Take the re-enactments on the roads. Organize some music, like a traveling thearter / music group. Generally famous people have followers (historical societies) around the world. You could book the tour alert the society to your presence in the area and so forth.
5) Create Printed media: Posters, life sized cut-outs, Pamphlets, Flyers, and etc.
