How should i market my event planning business?

I'm looking for a unique way to market my event planning business that specializes in private social events? Im also looking for an idea on a promotional opening event. Any Suggestions? (Target market-busy parent, young social females)

Advertised in marketing magazine ... if it is specialized in the field of event organized, it would be more advantageous to you. However, you have to present the good image of the task assigned in this field.

You could use news of events gone bad (boring meeting, overrated festival, etc) and say that it would never happen with your services.

You could also place ads in schools, cafeterias, windshields (pamphlets)... saying: looking forward to a great party/event? At XX we always make a date to remember" or something like that.

I also suggest a blog with a few testimonials.
