facebook business account vs. personal?

I have been considering setting up a facebook account for my business, not advertising on facebook, just a page for my business. I have friends on facebook that have both personal accounts as well as business accounts.

According to the terms of agreement with facebook, I am prohibited to manage multiple accounts on facebook. How are my other friends managing multiple accounts if this is a violation of facebook use?

Would I have to delete my personal account, or change it to a business account? Can I do that?

Your friend use two id in facebook using two different email id.This is not illegal.If you have two personal account that is illegal.So you don't have to delete your personal account.You should create new facebook id for business purpose.
