What to do if your Facebook friend keeps copying your post?
I have a Facebook friend that constantly post similar pictures within one hour after I post mines. To the point where Im feeling awkward and is afraid to post anything. Like I post a picture of a bowl of soup my mother in law made. And 30 minutes later she post the SAME SOUP that she made. The awkward part is she didn't like mines at all. So I decided to like her post just to make it seem like there wasn't a competition going on LOL.

But the very next day, she post a pic of her mother in law making her a bowl of soup. Which I thought was weird. At first I thought its coincident but started to think she competing.

I have many reason why I think she is competing but I don't want to mention why just to be humble. The main things are I finished college have a great job. Also I have a child but still managed to stay in shape. She has 3 children and is trying to get through college I guess. She seems like she wants to compete with me so she have motivation to better herself. I try to be nice but at the same time I feel awkward when she wants to compete.

I try to not post anymore post of me just so I can avoid her competition and immature acts.

You could always put it on custom privacy so that she doesn't see your posts.

If the fact that she sees your posts and is copying them bothers you, go ahead and set the privacy settings on the things that you post to "friends except (whatever her name is)" That should solve your problem.

When you're making a new post, click the privacy dropdown next to the blue 'post' button, choose Custom, and put her name in the 'don't share with' box. Do this for only some of your posts, not all of them. Should become apparent soon if she's relying on your posts for inspiration.

Or you can put on your big girl pants and send her a message about it.
