He followed me on twitter so I thought it was it was no big deal and I followed back. But like he always posts things from his ask.fm and everyone's like: "MARRY ME!" or "It's an honor to have you following me." And it makes no sense.

First of all don't get excited....he's not a celebrity.
He's an Indian kid who spends the majority of his time on social network sites and nothing else.
He has a few followers on Twitter,and he makes bad Youtube vids.
