Do you have to be friends with someone on Facebook in order for them to send you things on Farmville?
I have some family that would help me out on farmville but I don't want to have to be friends with them on facebook because I made it for me to communicate with my friends only. So is there a way for someone to be your neighbor on farmville but not friends on facebook? please, I just want a a straight answer with directions how. No smart@ss answers please.

No, right now only your facebook friends can be your neighbors in farmville.
