How to describe something bad?

So i have to write a shortish story for english, and theres one part i completely need help on, because i personally dont know what its like.

Its about a girl called kate, and shes getting bullied, by someone called Jess, and now shes on her phone, looking at what jess had done. By the way jess made a fake 'facebook' or something account using kates name and posted mean things. any help?

this is what i have so far

kates thumb softly slid down the screen as she looked at what jess had done..........

- She instantly felt her heart beat heavy
- She got wide-eyed (opened them)
- She felt embarrassed (since someone posed as her being a bad person)
