Is it possible to be unnoticed by celebs?? On twitter?

For example I tweet Justin Bieber a lot. And I never got noticed by him. It makes me feel like I'll always be ignored. They don't notice my tweets for because they are getting tweeted a lot at the moment or because they mean to ignore me??? Thanks~ DP

You have to keep in mind. They get thousands and thousands of people tweeting them every second/minute.
They can't respond to every single tweet they get.
It's not they are ignoring you. Just they can't read and reply to every tweet. They have a life off twitter too
The ones that they do reply to are the ones that stand out to them.

The higher number of followers they have the lesser chance you have of them replying.
