It goes like this:
"I'm anti-conformist. Vegan. Homosexual. Tattooed. Pierced. Straight-edge. I have Facebook/Myspace/Twitter/AIM/MSN/BME/IAM/etc" Awesome, you're part of nearly EVERY trend that has blown up in the past 15 years. You're actually the EPITOME of conformity because you're merely a trend follower. Just blows my mind! Ads |

Everybody conforms to some group. I don't think anybody is truly "anti-conformist". And people are so insecure that they actually desperately want people to think that they don't care what other people think, so they inadvertenly form their own group of "anti-conformists" to which they, lol, conform, ironically.

Yes, there certainly is a minority of individuals who feel that it is important to declare those silly things.
There is, however, still room for true originality and creativity to take place outside of these trends. |

We're all conformists...but when I say I'm anti-conformist, I mean I make fun of the preppy girls "so,lyke, ohmygawd,srsly?"
