How to create a Facebook application invite page?

Well actually I have the invite page working but there are some characters at the top of the page that I can't get rid of. They are part of the code. The code is:

my page is called invite.aspx
and I'm using FBML, not an iframe

This is my very first facebook application so.. i don't know what i am doing...

you can creat it in the application directory
or try to use
