Make Facebook group visable to non facebook users?

I have a Facebook group that I want everyone to be able to see, even those without a facebook account. I went into the settings, and selected privacy=open, but it is still requiring users to log in before seing the page.
I already have a group, which I though was open to everyone. I have several people in this group and would like to keep it if possible. If not I may have to switch to a page.

Create a Facebook Page instead since you want everyone to see (even without a Facebook account). You can create a Facebook Pages by visiting https://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php .
