When you put that your in a relationship how can you block certain people from seeing it?
I see that there's something that says public, me ect...

For relationship status it isn't possible other than to block the people entirely from viewing your page.

Ask yourself why do other people need to know. If they knew you well enough they wouldn't need to see it on Facebook anyway.

Go to your timeline and click update info, then find the relationships sections, somewhere on the left and on the far right of the box there should be a little tab, click this and press custom and then another window should come up, put the people's name into the 'Hide this from...' box and click save.
