Facebook profile question?

I was wondering if anyone knew how people that AREN'T your friends on facebook can see your profile?? I have a friend thats having a problem with this but if you aren't her friends it dosen't show you any of her profile, so how are they hacking in????
She has it set so you can't see anything if your not her friend? Thats why I wondering why someone can see her stuff????

you got to change you profile settings by clicking the setting tabs and then click manage that is beside privacy. click profile and change the settings

It's because their profile is set to be visible to people, tell your friend, or if you dont want to, just tell her go to "My Account" and then go to "Privacy Settings" and change her status. It used to happen to me long time ago, it was also because Facebook wasnt properly fixed, because of the busy status of Facebook and because they were still working on the new Facebook 09 i guess or 08.
