Because Facebook allows for twitter and instagram to be implemented into it, I believe that Facebook allows for the most options.

If you tie in your twitter and instagram accounts to FB, your wall can display anything you tweet or instagram.

Some people like the simplicity of twitter and instagram but most people that i know prefer facebook.

Twitters limitations (or benefits) are that each tweet can hold only a certain amount of characters.
Instagram is mostly just pictures (usually of food)
Facebook's annoying game requests and pictures of the same above food and advertisements bring it down a bit.

The best social media is real life. Going out and meeting friends and actually socializing is the best way to develop relationships.
