How do I add a Facebook group profile pic?

I made a group and wanted to add a group profile pic later but now I can't find the option to do it?

I've uploaded a photo to the groups page but theres no option to make it the profile pic.

I have a similar problem. I created a group (for counselors) but it dissappears from my profile. I can't find the option to keep it alive on my page. I don't know what to do.
As for your situation, to add or change the picture in the group page, I believe you have to move the mouse around the upper left corner un til an option appears to add or change the picture. I'm not sure, though. Sorry.
