Facebook chat won't load?
I recently got a new "dongle" for my laptop and since having it I have not been able to use facebook chat. It comes up with the box in the side and I still get updates as to what people are doing, however it just says my contacts are "loading" however I don't see anyone and when I try and search for specific people it says that there's no one by that name in my contacts lists. It works on other computers. I've tried both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and still the same problems.. Please any help would be much appreciated!!
Thank you Big Grin

The social media network Facebook lets you connect with others around the world in real time via a live chat or through posting messages on member's walls. The service is free to use and offers an array of "Help" and "Technical Support" information for when problems arise. You can contact and speak with a live person at Facebook about a law enforcement issue, business development/advertising, marketing and employee verification but not for technical support.

Difficulty:EasyInstructions

1
Call 650-543-4800 and press "2" for law enforcement, "3" for business development and advertising, "4" for marketing, "5" for press/editorial issues, "6" for employee verification or "7" to a leave a message about an issue relating to a none technical issue.

2
Speak with a representative about the issue you are having or to request additional information from the specific department you are calling.

3
Write down any information the representative gives you on a piece of paper for referencing later, if desired.

4
Press "0" to speak to Facebook's corporate operator if you have an issue or problem not related to the other departments or you don't want to leave a message.
