blackberry curve 8330 and facebook problem?

i had to delete my facebook app then redownload it. ever since i did that, when i get messages sent to my phone from facebook, it will delete them off my computer too. it never did that before and honestly, i dont like it. is there any way i can fix this? i still like the notifications to come over to my phone, but i dont like deleting my messages from my phone.. any help is appreciated.

If you have the notifications turned on, then the facebook app will take the email, convert it to a notification on the phone, and delete the email. You can go into facebook app options on the phone and uncheck this if you don't like it.
