My Facebook account has been disabled?

Hi, I recently logged into my Facebook account this morning, and I was trying to check my notifications when the page said that I have been logged out. When I tried to log on again, the page had said my account had been disabled. Can anyone tell me what I can do to get it back?

1),you could try and ask facebook why your account has been disabled.
2) you won't like, you've been hacked and had your account deleted, facebook should be able to tell you the I.P address it was disabled from.
