I broke up with my ex, should I block him from social media? Pros and cons?

I broke up with my ex, and I'm debating whether I should block him from social media, as to not be able to see his updates and him not be able to see mine.
I think obviously that would be the right thing to do, as to just be over and done completely with it but I like to check up on what he's doing now and then, although I wonder if this is just making it harder for me to move on or if its good, as to not have to wonder what hes doing???

If you are finding it hard to move on, remove him completely from your life, your social media, your phone, everything.

If you have moved on and would like to be friends, sure keep him on facebook that's fine.

Sounds like you need to remove him though. Don't put yourself through this unnecessary pain.

If he's annoying you and constantly messaging you then yes, block him. If not just unfriend him or unfollow him. I find that there aren't any pros or cons of blocking him.
