What should you do if your facebook account has been lockdown?

My husband's facebook account has been lockdown, because someone was trying to acces it from different computer or device. I am trying to help him get it back since he's busy working and don't have time doing himself. He also don't have acces to his email that he used to log into his facebook. I tried sending report on facebook but still nothing. I tried to see what help page have, but still nothing. Does anyone know how to help him regain his facebook back without opening new one.? Thank you!

if you no longer have access to the email account you used to create the account then there is nothing you can do

next time, dont use the same password for the email account as you used for the facebook account

Delete all Facebook apps. That causes most of this stuff.
