No, not if it happens every now and then, because it's possible you could mistake the wrong person for someone you know with the same name (especially if there's no picture).

you wont lose your account, you just wont be able to send that person any more friend requests

your account will be fine as long as it's just one person that does it, but if 3 people in a row do it, your friend request privileges will be suspended for 7 days and you will be warned about breaking the rules

after that 7 days, you continue to break the rules by adding people you dont know, it will happen again, but the next time the suspension will be for 14 days

then for 30 days

and if you havent gotten the message by then, they will just delete your account for your refusal to obey the rules
